This year was the third edition of the Paris Pocket Film awards. These guys have it right when they dubbed the cellphone screen the 'Fourth screen' of our lives, after the cinema, TV and the computer. It's big and it's getting bigger. The films on offer this year range in length from less than a minute to an hour-and-a-half and
span fiction, documentary, cartoon and experimental video.
